Purchases: All website purchases are securely processed by plugnpay.com and will be billed directly to your credit card. Any personal information shared with plugnpay.com is used only for the purpose of placing your order with For Your Nymphomation™. Our name appears as For Your Nymphomation on your credit card statement. If you'd prefer to pay by paypal.com, check, or money order, email your ship-to address plus the quantity, style name(s) & color(s) of the item(s) you wish to purchase to contact@foryournymphomation.com. We'll email you your total with shipping charges and the address to mail the check to or we'll send you a fund request from paypal.com. All personal checks must clear before shipping.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from New York. If you have a PO box or a military address, please choose US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL in the shopping cart as your ship method. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. If you have seleceted the next day, 2 day, or 3 day shipping option, please note that it can take an extra day to process if you've ordered after 2 pm EST. If you choose the UPS ground method, you will receive your order within 1-8 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number from UPS (from address is "UPS QuantumView") or from USPS. PLEASE NOTE: If you are in CANADA, EUROPE, or somewhere OUTSIDE THE USA, you must choose US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL. If shipping charges were NOT calculated in the shopping cart, you will be contacted by email with instructions on how to pay for the shipping - your order will NOT ship without paying for shipping.

Return & Exchange: We will make an exchange or return for any unused item you are not satisfied with. Please email us at contact@foryournymphomation.com and explain why you are returning the item so we can assign you a return authorization number, specific shipping instructions, and our return address. Items must be returned in new & perfect condition within 10 business days. Shipping & handling on returned items is non-refundable and there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items (in other words, the freight cost to ship it to you + 10% of the item price will be deducted from your refund). For defective items, we will replace within 15 days of your receiving the item. Please email us at contact@foryournymphomation.com with a photo to show us what's defective and to receive instructions on how to return your item for replacement. Please note: returns will NOT be accepted/credited if there are missing components, ie: interior pockets, pages, shelf boxes, etc.

Privacy: All packages are discreetly shipped in plain brown boxes, padded envelopes or USPS packaging. Our name appears simply as FYN on the shipping label. Our packaging makes no mention of the contents unless it's an international shipment in which case we will describe contents as cosmetic bags, locking storage cases, or coin purses. We will never sell or give out your private information to any company or individual.
